Order Processing

We hop to it! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Please note we currently cannot ship to some Asian destinations and remote areas.

International Shipping Note

For our global customers, please be aware that any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering.

Our Gentle Returns Policy

Just like our organic cotton is gentle on baby’s skin, our returns process is gentle on you. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached.

Important Hygiene Note

For the protection of all our little customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bodysuits
  • Sleepsuits
  • Pyjamas

that have been removed from their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Include the original packing slip and ensure items are unworn with tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchange Process

Want to swap for another adorable outfit from our collection? Follow the same return process and include a note with your preferred exchange item. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your romper or outfit arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For our global customers, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
