At Peter Rabbit Shop, we want every outfit to bring as much joy to your little one as our famous Days of the Week Animal Bodysuits. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is as gentle as our organic cotton sleepsuits.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Just like we carefully package each order of rompers and multipacks, we’ll handle your return with the same care.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, sleepsuits, or pyjamas that have been removed from their original packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our friendly team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our handy template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Return: Include the original packing slip and ensure items are unworn with tags attached.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchange Process
Want to swap for another adorable outfit from our collection? Follow the same return process and include a note with your preferred exchange item. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your romper or outfit arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian destinations and remote areas), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
